It's always good to find someone else here that likes Tamers (although you'd think there would be more folks like that.. blah) and yes, as underrated as she is, Juri is a fun delight in the Digimon continuum.

But I guess everyone has their own opinion ~ or just have an underactive imagination. XÐ
